Most home goals scored, away goals scored and total goals scored in League 2.

Notts County were the highest scorers at home in League 2 with 45 goals scored in their 23 games. Cambridge United scored the highest proportion of their goals at home (65.2%) and had the highest positive home goal difference (+28).
45 goals was the most home goals scored (Notts County) and also the most away (MK Dons). The Dons managed as many or more goals in their 23 away games as were scored in total in the 46 games by League 2's 4 lowest scorers. Barrow had the biggest percentage of goals away (60.0%).
League 2 top scorers MK Dons scored 86 points - 12 more than Grimsby and highest home scorers Notts County. Their +41 difference was also the highest in the division. It was 47 more than relegated Harrogate as the league's lowest scorers and Barrow's -33 was the worst goal diff.

Fewest home goals conceded, away goals conceded and total goals conceded in League 2.

Cambridge conceded the fewest goals in their 23 home games (15) and also their 23 away games (18) and their +28 goal difference was the largest at home.Harrogate conceded the most home goals (38) whilst Fleetwood conceded the largest proportion of their goals at home (58.6%).
Fleetwood had the 3rd leanest away defence but this still resulted in a negative goal difference. Crawley and Shrewsbury both had the worst away goal difference with -22, the latter conceding a league high of 60.9% of all of their goals in their away games.
Cambridge conceded 11 fewer goals than the next nearest side and only MK Dons (3rd) had a better goal difference. Tranmere and Cheltenham both conceded a league-high 79 goals whilst bottom side Barrow had the worst goal difference (-33).

First half of the season goals scored and conceded versus second half of the season.

MK Dons scored 44 goals in the first half of the season and 42 in the second - the highest scorers in both halves. Tranmere scored 37 goals in the first 23 games and only 17 in the 23 games that followed. Bristol Rovers started with 18 and followed up with 38.
Cheltenham and Tranmere both conceded 37 goals in the first half of the season and both followed up with a further 42 in the second half it. The Gills started by conceding just 26 times in the first 23 games but let in 46 in the second 23.
