Dack banned.......again.

Postby Garawa » Fri Apr 21, 2017 10:20 am

The FA have given Bradley Dack a further 2 game ban (which rules him out for the rest of the season) after his appeal for his last red card was rejected. Due to Easter this meant the allotted days were not fulfilled and so he will serve the 2 matches after returning from the original 2 in the game against Charlton.

Anyone else think that a 4 match ban for a second yellow when, in most cases, it is only a 1 match ban sounds very harsh?

[EDIT] Someone on twitter says it was for fighting in the tunnel after. What a sorry season it has been for a player that promised so much being League 1 player of the year this time last year. How often does it go that way?!

It's harsh but the appeal was dumb. Challenging official decisions and losing seems to be a recurring theme with GFC.

Just got in the bar up the road from work for a late lunch, going to watch at least the first half of the Norwich / Brighton game, just think it was only 7 years ago when we were last playing Brighton that hot bed of football, and in just over three months Gillingham could be running out to play Grimsby Town in Division FOUR while Brighton run out to play Manchester United in the greatest division in the world. Gods of the footie world , why oh why do you hate us, is it something to do with the evil one known as Scally ??
Best bit of this game is that Norwich fired Hughton and there they are missing out on even making the top 7 and theres Brighton going up as Champions all bar the worst bit of luck.
