- Both the Gills and Burton have won 6 of the meetings and just 2 have been drawn (none at Priestfield). The Gills are winless in 3 games against Burton.
- At Priestfield, the Gills have lost 3 of their last 4 games against Burton (0-1, 1-2 and 0-3) including the last 2. These came after the Gills had won all 4 of their previous home games with Burton.
- Burton's first 22 league games before Hasselbaink took charge saw them concede 50 goals, lose 13 matches and win just 2. At the half way stage they were bottom of the table with 16 points. They then won at Priestfield, starting a run that has seen just 16 goals conceded in the following 21 games with 12 wins and 5 defeats. They are are 16th with 56 points.
- Burton are unbeaten in 11 away league games (8 wins) but have lost 8 of their 14 at home. During that 14 game home spell, Burton had won 1 of their last 5 at home until Tuesday's 5-2 win over Fleetwood.
- Burton have lost 12 home league games this season. Only relegated Swindon and Bristol Rovers (both 13) had lost more. Along with Swindon, Burton have managed just 2 home clean sheets, the fewest in the division.

It looked like it would be a hard fought 0-1 win after Graham put us ahead, and defending well until their equaliser in the 90th minute.Would have been nice to have got the win to equal our best record of 10 away wins in a season.Hopefully we can finish the season on a high at hone to Plymouth on Sunday.
Noircat Premier League Champion 2007,and 2014.Noircat FA Cup (Runner Up 2014).Promoted to the Premier League (Runner Up 2017,and 2020 in the Championship).

It would have been however we did win 11 away league games in 2012/13.
