It's funny old world ain't it, we get a point and drop a place in the table, lol. So now we have played 8 ( I only care about the Division Race and the FA Cup where we can make some money) and I still have that feeling that the Gills are slowly but surly starting to put it all together. We have taken points from six games out of eight and once we get this weekends Ipswich game out of the way we have got Oxford and Sarfend, that should be good for 6 points I hope.
I find it frustrating that we didn't seem to start playing with heart until the last 20/25 minutes of the game, then it seems from the reports I have read we could have have grabbed all three points with a bit of luck.

I was thinking the same Gillsfan. 4 games ago we were 19th. Since then, we have won 2 and drawn 2 and have moved up to 15th. You would think at this early stage of the season when few points are on the board that a run like that would have a bigger effect, after all, the sides at the top appear to have won and drawn a similar number of games. The first win in that run of 4 put us 16th and since then have gained one place after accruing 5 points from 3 games. I don't get it.

Still, a lot of teams on 12 points above us and, with our better goal difference, a win on Saturday could take us to 9th (assuming every team above us loses of course).

A decent away point on Tuesday. They had a good result beating Lincoln away.Rovers had chances to double their lead, but we stayed in the game to grab a late equaliser.A good point, and nice to be 4 unbeaten going into the Ipswich game.

Much better signs though, first keeping a two goal lead against a decent side then coming back to draw away from home.

And 4 league games unbeaten is always a promising platform.

I hope we treat this as a " Cup Final Game " and rise to the occasion, there going to bring a lot of fans and the weather looks as if it is going to be great, so come on you Gills, lets get up right from the start, attack, attack, attack , give the home crowd something to shout about, and a nice 2-1 win would be LUBULLY JUBBLY. Come on you blues.
