Seems like 2 points dropped reading the scrolls, lots of shots off target, but we seem to be pretty safe on 48 points with half the teams below us having bloody awful goals for/goals against in the minus 20's. P'Boro, The Shrews and Plymouth all seem to have gone of the boil of late so I can see the Gills ending up with 54/55 points ,about the same as last year which must mean Lovell will be gone.
Losing 20 goals a season from Tommy Boy Eaves won't be easy to replace, and our only permanent signing in the winter was for Burke wasn't it, were Lopez, King, Holmes and Campbell all on loan signings ?
I sure hope Scally acts quickly once the season ends, replacing Lovell and bringing in the players we are going to need to make a serious challenge for a top 6 finish next season, and not wait till the middle of July to bring whats left to Priestfield.

It wasn’t the best of games. We had the better chances with Burke missing a sitter.Byrne hitting the bar before his equaliser.I thought the ref and linesman were poor too. Both of their strikers should have been sent off for targeting Ogilvie. They tend to settle for a draw in the second half. It’s a point closer to safety.
