- The Ricoh Arena has played host to 15 League 1 games this season and only 28 goals were scored in them - the lowest in the division. The Gills away games have seen 42 goals.
- Coventry are win-less in 4 league games and have won 2 of their last 7 home league matches.
- Coventry have won 3 and lost 8 of their last 13 league games whilst the Gills have won 4 and lost 7 of their last 13.
- Coventry had previously conceded just 7 first half league goals this season, the least amount in the division. They were 1 of 4 sides to have conceded 29 second half goals - only Bradford (30) and Rochdale (32) conceded more.
