After Saturday`s massive three points at Peterborough,we have high flying Wigan at home tonight. It will be a tough test with them scoring for fun,and sitting top of the league.A point would be a good result if we could get it.Two home games this week,so 4 points would be pleasing, and three unbeaten.

If we come out of these next two games with 4 or 6 points The Telescope should be offered the job , no need to keep chasing the likes of old misery guts Evans.

Again it seems we could have been two up with a bit of luck going our way,Gillingham with a total of 15 shots on the evening compared with 4 in the game against Portsmouth only 8 days ago. It seems amazing the "experts" like Taylor and Pillock could not see what they had in front of their noses, maybe Taylor was to blame for Pillocks failure, advising him to play defensive football , I guess we will never know ?
My bet is that if The Space Telescope doesn't get the job as Gillingham's next Manager he will get a position as a manager somewhere very soon and I think that will be Gillinghams loss.
I honestly think a win against Northampton on Saturday should secure the Space Telescope as Gillinghams next manager ,at least from now to the end of the season, after all the only person were going to get at this time is going to be someone who has been fired because he was a failure. GO GILLS.

How hard it is to get out of the cellar once your in it, we get a point which could have been three, and just about everyone else around us either won or got a point, amazing bloody amazing.

I thought it was a decent performance, especially in the second half against a very good Wigan side. You could see from their early play that they`re a Championship side playing in League one. They came out of the traps quick, and kept the ball well,so I was worried it was going to be a long night. We got in at H/T 0-0,and attacking the Rainham end in the second half changed things as the crowd urged the Team on.We attacked more, and Eaves back from suspension put us ahead with a good header.A great roar from the small crowd under the floodlights. We could have made it 2-0 not too long after when Eaves did a cryuff turn,he then found Parker who fired wide.Wigan equalised with with ten minutes to go when Morsey fired in an unstoppable shot past Holy.It finished 1-1,but to feel a little disappointed that we didn`t hang on shows the difference in the players since the players have been allowed off the leash.A very good point, especially after the win on Saturday. If we could beat Northampton on Saturday, then things will be really looking up.
