Another long trip this Saturday, and I will be making my first trip to Ewood Park. With injuries and our form I am not expecting anything.Blackburn are beatable at home as Wimbledon showed, but I think we would need to be at our best on the day to get the win.I think we will look to frustrate so could see a repeat of the 6-4-0 formation the other night.I would take a point if offered now.It will be good to see Dack and Samuel on Saturday.

This was the only Gills win against Rovers. Some memorable names on the list.

Another loss ,I kind of expected this one so if there is such a thing as a moral victory only loosing 1-0 I guess this is it, especially as according to reports on the beeb we could have easily come away with a point.
Still rooted in the cellar with mushrooms growing all around us, I sure hope we have got out eyes set firmly on a couple of goal scoring players to bring in when the window opens in the New Year
I would like to think Taylor was calling some of his chums with regards to players he coached for NZ who are based in Europe, even the under 20's from a couple of years ago ,surely there must be one or two goal scorers that ar'nt playing regular 1st team footie we could grab on loan?

I thought we played well, especially in the second half.Blackburn came out of the traps quick and had most of the play in the first half.Dack looked decent for them, and Samuel was a handful. He scored their goal, but it looked like a scruffy goal.I think we could have prevented that goal.We didn`t really create much in the first half, but in the second Parker chased down a lost cause which nearly went in,then another chances where the ball hit List`s leg and their keeper had to make a great reaction save.Blackburn looked to hit us on the counter with pace late on,but we made them worry late on as we kept putting the ball in and nearly nicked a late equaliser.List and Cundle are young, but their pace gave them something to worry about.Another loss, but certainly a much improved performance than our trip to Rochdale.I think we just lacked a bit of quality upfront yesterday.Eaves may have scored had he been available.

In the two games under Taylor and co we have been harder to break down, and look more organised as a Team.Scoring goals is a worry at the moment.Hopefully there will be more news soon on a permanent manager. It was a long day I left home at 4:45am,and got home at 11:35pm.A good turnout from our fans with 400 making the trip.
