Steve Lovell and Mark Patterson take temporary charge for the game with Peter Taylor over-seeing the coaching......whatever that means.

It will be interesting if there will be a response to Pennock`s sacking tonight.I guess Taylor will set us up to be tight.Lets hope for a positive response and a result.

I thought with so many defenders we would hang on for a 0-0 and be battered all game, eventually losing 3 or 4 nil but actually, although there were only 3 shots on target, it wasn't a boring 0-0. We didn't create much, but we were equal to Scunthorpe and I thought Clare and List were very good. What is that huge white ball of fluff on Parker's face?!?!?!

Guess Taylor walked into the dressing room five minutes before the teams took the field said I don't know what you F****s are playing at, but you lose tonight and your gone as soon as the window opens in the New Year, enjoy you time at Canterbury or Faversham and low and behold we got a point. GO GILLS.
Actual reading the reports from various sources any one that was at the game seems entitled to their money back, but a point is a point, and thank you footy Gods for small mercy's.

Ha ha.

I quite enjoyed the game but then, after judging the team we put out, I went in with low expectations!

Well it sounded a poor game in terms of chances, but a 6-4-0 formation wasn`t likely to produce many goals. It is a good point though against a Scunthorpe side who have been doing well.I think with Eaves available we may have nicked it because Scunthorpe were very average on the night according to Peter Lloyd.I would take a battling point at Blackburn too on Saturday.
