I am at the Hop Festival this week,so will only be able to check the score.I hope we can build on the win in mid-week to get our first league win of the season.Shrewsbury have started well, and ex Gill Stefan Payne has started well there.A tough game, but now we`re scoring goals, hopefully we can go back to being tight again at the back

OK lets be serious, we have had one game where ONE guy scored 3 goals in one game, the chances of that happening this weekend about one of garawas .01% and a 2-1 win in a competition thats got teams like the Plough and Checkers Pub team playing in it.
If we lose this weekend then we should do the same as Northampton did today, dump Pillock and get a REAL MANAGER in here, someone thats not going to kiss the players ass, but someone who can evaluate players and make them play, is Tony Pullis still working anywhere ??

I only saw the score, but worrying times at the moment.Shrewsbury have started well, but their budget will be similar to ours. You nee to be beating the sides that are similar to you at home. The crowds are getting smaller as well.We need a result, and quick.

Don't blame Pennock, blame the guy who hired him. We all knew it was a cheapskate decision but what decent young manager with career ambitions would work for Scally ?
Scally hires, fires and sues his managers whether they are successful or not but so long as there's enough cash to support his lifestyle nothing will change .
For us it's relegation time again.

Why stop at blaming Scally, jeezz lets blame all the people that bought all his rotten old used printers , and hell lets blame God after all he put Scally in the position to buy GFC.
I totally disagree with you about young up and coming managers not coming to Gillingham, with one or two exceptions, most managers in the National North, South, East ,West , divisions would jump at the position, any manager in the Scottish 1,st,2nd,3rd or 4th or what ever would jump at the chance to come here, I just think among all their other faults Scally and his directors are just plain HOPELESS at seeing managerial talent, or perhaps just don't care.
Is PT back from Russia or where ever he was managing the England under 7 's yet, I have heard nothing of him lately, tell him to dust off his manager suite and get ready to be the Gills next head interim coach, after Charlton thump us 4-0 in a couple of weeks.
