Great we get B R when they suddenly have aspirations of making the playoffs, although there away record is one of the worst in the top half of the table, and they sure as hell struggled against Wimbledon yesterday, scoring in the first ten seconds and then not scoring again all game. They only had 7 or 8 shots on and off all target the rest of the game, so I guess there is hope for us yet.

Another big game for the club.We really need to get a win to get away from the bottom four. We`re only just keeping our heads above water, and surely sooner or later we will drop in unless we get a result on Good Friday. It really has to be a win to get to 49 points and closer to the 52 safety mark.

NO,NO, not yet were not, Rochdale can do us a big favour tomorrow by beating up on Bury, there are still EIGHT teams in the relegation zone battle , any two from Swindon to Northampton could get relegated, and Gillingham can pick up wins against Bristol City and Charlton if they get their fingrs out of their asses and start playing like they can. Fleetwood might well rest players by the time the Gills game takes place, and then that leaves us with a load of old Cobblers in the last game of the season, I have said for weeks it will all come down to that game, please let me be wrong, lol.
How the hell is it that every time I look at the table PORT FING VALE have a game in hand, I think they must have garawa as their official team adviser, only he would know how to play 50 games in a 46 game season, lol.

I think Gillingham will line up as follows.......................

-----------------------------------------Holy----------------------------------------------
Jackson-------------------Ehmer--------------------Oshilaja--------------------Martin
------------------------------------Hessenthaler-----------------------------------------
--------------------------Byrne------------------------Wright----------------------------
---------------------------------------Cornick----------------------------------------------
--------------------------McDonald-------------------Quigley------------------------------

Subs: Nelson (GK), Osadebe, Muldoon, List, Parker, Donnelly, Mbo

If Zesh Rehman is going to be out injured, then we should switch to A 4.4.2 Diamond Midfield Formation, With Bradley Dack Suspended, we may well have to make do with Harry Cornick in The CAM Role, We are now in must win territory here and Gillingham need to starting winning matches and fast, hopefully, Gillingham will pick up three vital points against Bristol Rovers Tomorrow - COME ON THE GILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Three defenders, three midfield and four up front we need to score one more than them to get three points, I hope the score is 4-3 to the Gills. and why oh why the hell would we want Holy in goal, isn't the circus at the Black Lines this week ,there must be a clown there we could put in goal ?

Gillingham have got to do everything we can to keep hold of Cody McDonald, Because Those Two Goals from Cody McDonald Today could keep Gillingham in League One.

Looking at the players who are out of contract in the summer, Cody McDonald is the only player you can say with any certainty who deserves to be offered A Extended Contract. 12 Goals This Season, 81 Goals For Gillingham throughout his time at the club and a player who consistently gets himself on the score-sheet, and that goal Cody scored in The 90th Minute to put Gillingham 2-1 up was top class, and then the composure to lift the ball over The Bristol Rovers Goalkeeper for the third goal was the icing on the cake.

If your looking to replace Cody McDonald with someone who matches his goal-scoring record, your looking at spending £300,000 on someone who will be signed as Cody's Replacement, we have tried to sign replacement strikers in Luke Norris, Dominic Samuel, Rory Donnelly and Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, and those four have had spells where they have an impressive goals to games ratio falling away, and when someone rights off Cody McDonald as Gillingham's Main Striker, he delivers, which is precisely what Cody McDonald has done today, when Gillingham needed a goal, he was the one player to come up with a genuine moment of class to drag Gillingham over the winning line.

What a relief! I listened on Gills player and the first half sounded like a non event.I`m not sure what was in the player`s half-time drinks, but a completely different half! Wright scored to put us 1-0 up,but like last Saturday the lead did not last long as Oshilaja fouled one of their players for a penalty. They scored the penalty and came close to taking the lead.I think every fan felt it was going to be points dropped again, but step up Cody McDonald who hit two 90+ fantastic strikes to earn us three massive points. They were his 80th and 81st goals for the club, hopefully he can stay and hit the 100 mark for the club next season.A massive relief to get three important points and put us within touching distance of safety.Charlton away on Monday is a chance to hit the 50 point mark with a big Gills crowd in attendance.
