Saturday 28th
Match day - GILLS v Newport County (EFL Sky Bet League 2)

Sunday 29th
The Gills earned their first league clean sheet in 8 games against Swindon. This came after they had managed 6 clean sheets from the 8 league games before them.

Monday 30th
Dom Jefferies conceded 4 fouls against Swindon, the joint highest by a Gills player this season (the other being Lapslie against Southampton). This came after he had conceded no fouls in his previous 6 games and followed 4 in his first 5 games where the most in a game by him was 1.

Tuesday 31st
Connor Mahoney has played 13 games for the Gills. He has scored or assisted 6 goals in his last 11 games and played a key goal contribution towards 50% of all the goals scored during those games. He also struck the frame of the goal against Newport.

Wednesday 1st
Before losing for 70 minutes at home to Newport, the Gills had only been behind at home this season in the league for 52 minutes in total - a total of 2 deficits each lasting for 26 minutes.

Thursday 2nd
The Gills were 0-2 down at half time against Newport and the game ended 0-2. It was the 4th home game in row that the Gills had lost by that scoreline when 0-2 down at the break and they have lost their last 8, scoring just 1 goal in them since last preventing defeat on December 2018 (Wycombe 2-2).
