Saturday 16th
Match day - GILLS v Morecambe (Sky Bet League 2)

Sunday 17th
The Gills scored 2 goals in a league match for the first time in 11 games. They have scored at least twice in all 3 cup games this season. The Gills scored more than once by half time in the league for the first time in 28 league games after previously scoring before the break in 4 games (4 goals).

Monday 18th
The Gills 2-1 home lead at half time was the first since February 2017 - a game which ended in a 2-2 draw with AFC Wimbledon. During that period, the Gills had led by the same scoreline at the break in 4 away games, all of which ended in Gills' victories.

Since March 2021, the Gills have scored more than 1 goal in 31 league and cup games and only Robbie McKenzie (a brace this season) and Lewis Walker (a brace last season) have managed to score more than 1 goal in any of them. Between September and March of the 2020/1 season, 18 games saw more than 1 goal scored and there were 9 braces: Oliver (3), Samuel (2), Akinde (2) Graham (1) and Lee (1). The last hattrick was scored in May 2018.
