After captaining the side 12 times this season, John Egan succumbed to his first defeat of the season on Saturday when wearing the armband.

He's a good captain I think; less emotional than others but quietly commanding and one who clearly leads by example.

His record is sooooooo much better than Loft's which, considering our position in the table, is very odd!
