I thought they would take a while to get used to Moyes and lose pace, I thought City would take a while as well and perhaps Mourinho wouldn't just pick up where he left off either. So the teams with stability would take over the reins. I thought Arsenal would benefit but am surprised Spurs, with the players they bought, hadn't done more. I can't see Arsenal losing the title.
