Equality Rules.

In Chicago I can now state once and for all EQUALITY RULES. Here in Chicago we have the equivalent of the good old British traffic warden, men and women who walk miles and miles each day giving tickets for parking and then wandering the back streets of Chicago looking for expired State plates,( same as the disc on a British cars windshield ) to show the road tax has been paid and the city sticker on the windshield to show the city tax has been paid, and issuing tickets to those that haven't paid it.
Probably the only difference between say London and Chicago is that from November to March or April there is snow and ice on the ground here, often as much as 20 inches or more at a time
Today walking to my car I saw and I swear on this, for the second time in six months A ONE LEGGED TRAFFIC WARDEN, WITH A WOODEN CRUTCH,RESEMBLING LONG JOHN SILVER wandering the street writing tickets, slipping and sliding around on the ice trying to see the back of cars for the plates and the city stickers on the front.
Thousands and thousands of people work in the Department of Transport, hundred and hundreds sitting doing desk jobs, and they give this guy a walking job , amazing, just amazing.
