Watching the Luton / Wednesday game the guy from Sheffield shoots , the keeper blocks it with his hands, the ball bounces to the only player in the 6 yard box and he scores for Wednesday.
I understand that the ball coming off the keeper made him onside but hell he was a mile off side when the shot was original kicked, he was a few feet from the keeper how could he NOT be offside ??
I am all for instant replay, the game is to big for just the ref to decide a result on a blown call, but in todays Sthmptn / Derby it took about 3 minutes for a call to be reversed. I am sorry but if in 60 seconds someone can't look at a replay several times and make a decision because it is "too close to call", then the decision on the field should be the excepted call, and lets get on with the game.
Come on you Gills BIG BIG win this weekend, then on to pluck a swan or two IN CUP.

My view is that it is better disallow a good goal than give a bad goal
