Congratulations to the Football League, no not that there going to put a ceiling on the amount that teams can pay for players. NO not that there going to give the 1st and 2nd Division any extra money, they have decided to ban anything other than horizontal grass cutting, no fancy designs on the pitch. WWWOOOW HHOOO I bet that took 10 five course dinners, 20 liquid lunches,airfare and hotel rooms , mini bars in the room for everyone on the committee for the meetings that were held in the Bahamas.
