No Sense

It is obviously the time to get rid of referees, if they miss a foul there are retrospective charges, but if they miss a penalty / goal / sending off offence it is of no importance??????????????????????????

A very good point - it shows what the football authorities have as their priorities AND how little they value the views of the fans. We have highly paid fourth officials who do sweet FA, some of them can't even manage the digital signboards FFS and spend their time on really important stuff like keeping managers inside technical areas.

Never mind, we'll get Blatter until he dies, World Cups played in 40 degrees of heat and eventually the tackle will be outlawed altogether while doing the tango at free kicks will attract points for style.

My view too - whether the referee makes a good decision; poor decision or even no decision he is the sole arbiter of the game and that should be the end of the matter. There should be no "double jeopardy"

Players diving, running up to the ref to get other players sent off, doing full acts of a Shakespearean play when they score, including the monologue, teams being able to spend what ever they like on players , in like 22 years only four teams have won the title (yes ,yes and Blackburn Rovers) , and that's supposed to be good for the game ???
We have instant replay which can over turn a call in seconds but no one wants it, a billion dollar business and all results seem to depend on if the ref got his "oats" that morning from his better half.
I am just glad to see the two new rules introduced recently, rule 15B, subsection 3 which states when a corner is being taken the player taking the kick must hold at least one if not two arms in the air to signal all 15 players in the box that it is time to start grabbing one another and trying to wrestle each other to the ground, and rule 16D,subsection 4,which says when taking a goal kick the keeper of the side leading must kick the goal post at least twice, and in any added time after 90 minutes at least three times.
Great additions to the beautiful game.
