In the reply to the thread there is a download box. Save the form to your PC, fill it in and email it to the address on it.
Are you going to ask Benidorm to join in this season???

Neither myself in the US or Emma in HK can open the box, can we just send out predictions on here in the next couple of weeks?

That's weird, can't see why that would be - the Aussies seem Ok!!
I would suggest listing your predictions on here in the prediction thread found in the link in the top post above:
Both you and Emma (no-one else please!) copy and paste a reply underneath then send me a private message with the email address you can be contacted on in the event of any issues. Sounds complicated but it's the best way I feel and I can put them into the sheet and send them off for you. If you can that this week that would be good as there will be some chasing to be done next week.
