What a difference. Sides around us are struggling....we are roaring! 24 points in 12 games. At 2.0 points per game, that would be on target for 92 points over 46 games. Of course, seasons have peaks and troughs but this shows what a stark contrast this and how we could potentially carry this form into next season and be a real force with a good preseason.

We were dead and buried before the takeover and people [I won't say who ] were calling for Neil Harris's head. It's all gone quiet now. Big hopes for next season.

I am not convinced that Harris is the guy running the Gills at the moment, I think we might well be back in the days of Steve Lovell when the team was run by a commitee of three I think both Hessy and Jackett have a big say in running the team. As far as I am concerned if Harris gets us promoted next year or at least makes the play offs, then give him an extension,I would love it if he could do the same for us as he did for Millwall and get us out of this damn division, playing teams like Crawley and Hartlepool just doesn't exactly excite one does it ?

Good post 1066. Of course, us distant supporters wouldn't know what's going on. Perhaps young Garry or someone else with inside information could shed some light on the situation.
