Good job we change ends at the half or we would have worn a hole in the Plymouth penalty area, 10 shots , 4 on goal against none. Keep this up in the second half and we must put another couple in their net.

Have to say the opposition were not very good and we were superior all over the pitch. German was very good and Dack had a good game, although I thoughts Whelps was MOM.

100% from everyone today. I was surprised at Dack getting MOTM though. Difficult decision.

Interesting, I also thought Dack had an excellent match, but not everybody around me agreed. To me his energy and speed around the pitch played a large part in us playing at a much higher tempo than in recent home matches.
All about opinions and what you're seeing, I guess.

The whole team played well, Dack has real quality. My man of the match was Danny Kedwell. His link up play between midfield and German was top drawer, several times held the ball up to play in the full backs, but biggest part for me was in stoppage time at the end when he chased a nothing ball 60 yards to force a bad clearance from the plymouth keeper!

Great all round.
I thought the addition of Dack and German created an energy that has been missing for many weeks.
We did spurn some chances-Whelps 3 mins was a sitter/free header.
That led us to that horrible last 10 mins that we do. That left winger of theirs started pulling us about, guy goes down in box...side netting...don't want it. It would have been a travesty if we hadn't got 3 points.
Fantastic results elsewhere.
So now...3 away games in a week. At the end of those destiny wil be clearer. I am off to all 3. Couldn't travel any further really.

Kedwell was immense. 89th minute the ball is played back to the keeper and Kedwell charges back to close down the keeper close to the bye-line. He doesn't look it but crikey that guy is fit, many wouldn't have bothered. Broke up a lot of play, played in Whelps and Dack to create chances and made an important clearance from our penalty area. He didn't get a shot on target.

He is so important to making the side tick, maybe he is the answer in midfield??!!

Agree - always happy to see Keds in the starting line up just for the energy he brings. I should think defenders and goalkeepers must hate playing against him. OK, he doesn't score enough goals, but I think others benefit from his efforts more than perhaps we realise.
